 There are so many new vacancies for various countries in the processing list.
Bajra Human Resources (P) Ltd follows the standard selection process to ensure the selection of the right, deserving and skillful candidates as per the requirement of the recruiting agencies based in Gulf countries and Malaysia. The basic procedures is summarized as:


  1.   The client is required to inform our company about the requirement and its categories.
  2.  The client is required to provide the original legal documents attested by Nepal Embassy, Chamber of Commence and Ministry of Foreign Affairs 
  3.  Our company will submit the legal documents to the Department of Labor (DoL) of the Government of Nepal for prior approval.
  4. After approval from DoL, a vacancy notice will be published in any of the national daily paper in Nepal.
  5. Then the company will start the recruitment process (trade test, oral interview and observation of the documents
  6. The academic qualification and certificates of the candidates are crossed checked with the concerned authorities and the skills are tested with pre-test in our office by concerned experts. Sometimes consultants are hired in verification process of candidate trade qualification, certificates and experiences.
