Instruction

1. Our personnel are sent to training centers for specific skill development and capacity building. We want them to be adroit, diligent and dependable. Hence we provide them with psychological sessions to enhance their inner faculty. It’s confidence that counts in making a person competent. At the end of the day, we have a workforce, which is raring to go that ‘extra mile’ with high fervor, unbounded determination and supreme confidence.

2. The easy familiarity with English language, even at the low cadres of labour, eliminates the communication barrier. This fact alone paves the way to higher productivity. Realizing this, we train our people in the languages before placing them, but that depends on the need of the employer.

3. Besides providing language training, we also brief our workforce on the socio-cultural requirements of a specific country. We believe that our human resources need a good understanding of the people, the culture, the tradition, etc. of the place before leaving for the sites. When we send our people abroad,the salary should go with their ability, training and experience as also the norms of the place of work.

Required document from Saudi Arabia to recruit Manpower from Nepal

1. Visa Slip.
2. Consulate Authorization.

8. Guarantee Letter.

1. KDN approval (from Labour Ministry).
2. Translation letter (from Labour Ministry or Home Ministry).
3. Demand Letter.

7. His Excellency ( Letter written by employer company to Malaysian Consulate in Nepal).
8. Letter from Royal Nepal Embassy to Labour Department Nepal.
9. Notary Public ( Notari awam).
10. ID copy of authorized person of Employer Company.

Procedure for Supplying Manpower

After having the demand letter from the employer company, we undergo the following tasks:

1.We assemble related candidates and select the excellent one through interview.
2.Selected candidate are sent for medical check up .
3.After getting the Medical Fitness Certificate, relevant documents of the selected candidate is dispatched to the employer Company.
4.After receiving the visa copy & employment contract, we perform all the necessary activities such as acquiring permission from the Labour Department and Orientation & Insurance etc.
5.After getting the Airways confirmation and the permission from the Labour Department, we make the air ticket and send the candidate immediately.

Note:

After receiving the demand letter we dispatch the document within 7 days.

After receiving the visa copy we arrange the flight within 7 days.

After getting the KDN (Approval Letter), Translation Letter and Demand Letter from the Employer Company, we perform the following tasks.
1.We gather related candidates and select the excellent ones through interview.
2.Selected candidate are sent to MAMCA for medical check up.
3.After getting the Medical Fitness Certificate, passport copy of the candidate is sent to Employer Company to apply for calling visa.
4.After getting Calling Visa as well as other relevant documents, passports of the selected candidates are submitted at the Malaysian embassy in Nepal.
5.After getting Visa Stamp, we perform all the necessary procedures such as acquiring permission from the Labour Department, Orientation as well as Insurance etc.
6.After getting the permission from the Labour Department, we make the air ticket and send the candidate immediately.

Note:

After getting the KDN (Approval Letter), Translation Letter and Demand Letter we dispatch the document of candidate within 7 days

afte getting the calling visa as well as relevant documents we get the visa stamp within 10 days.

After getting the visa stamp, we arrange the flight of candidate within 7 days.

After having the emand letter as well as Consulate Authorization Letter (WAKALA) from the employer company, we perform the following tasks.
1.We assemble related candidates and select the excellent one through interview.
2.Selected candidate are sent to GAMCA for medical check up.
3.After getting the Medical Fitness Certificate, the passport of the candidate is dispatched to Saudi arabia Embassy situated either in Bangladesh or India.
4.After getting the visa stamp and the employment contact, we perform all the necessary procedures – such as acquiring permission from the Labour Department and Orientation & Insurance etc.
5.After getting the permission from the Labour Department, we make the air tickets and send the candidates immediately

Note:

After getting the demand letter and Consulate authorization Letter (WAKALA), we select the candidate and dispatch the passport for visa stamping within 10 days.

After getting the visa stamping we arrange the flight within 7 days.

Selection

Bajra Human Resources (P) Ltd follows the standard selection process to ensure the selection of the right, deserving and skillful candidates as per the requirement of the recruiting agencies based in Gulf countries and Malaysia. The basic procedures is summarized as:

  • The client is required to inform our company about the requirement and its categories.
  • The client is required to provide the original legal documents attested by Nepal Embassy, Chamber of Commence and Ministry of Foreign Affairs
  • Our company will submit the legal documents to the Department of Labor (DoL) of the Government of Nepal for prior approval.
  • After approval from DoL, a vacancy notice will be published in any of the national daily paper in Nepal.
  • Then the company will start the recruitment process (trade test, oral interview and observation of the documents
  • The academic qualification and certificates of the candidates are crossed checked with the concerned authorities and the skills are tested with pre-test in our office by concerned experts. Sometimes consultants are hired in verification process of candidate trade qualification, certificates and experiences.
